Prices

Our goal is to stay updated and well informed on current market prices, in order to offer our customers the best conditions for all carpets sold in our stores.

 

All items visible on the website www.farmandgallery.com are displayed together with detailed information on the production, size, age and provenance of the piece to which they refer. The prices quoted include shipping costs, taxes and charges for the countries within the European Union. If shipping outside the EU, taxes, charges and any custom duties, which may vary from country to country, are at the customer’s expense, as well as the delivery costs, which are calculated at the time of payment, according the country where the carpet will be shipped and the carrier selected by the customer (FedEx / DHL / UPS).

 

We always strive to provide very accurate and detailed information on our carpets, services and prices. However, we reserve the right to modify the prices, for example, in case of mistakes or simply a if there is a fluctuation in exchange rates. We also reserve the right to remove at any time any product from sale. In this case, our Customer Service team will contact you as soon as possible.

 

Purchase

Any purchase deriving from internet orders will be dispatched only after having received payment, to be made by bank transfer or, alternatively, by cash on delivery.

 

Tax Free for EU businesses

Delivery

The goods offered for sale by Farmand Gallery are already in stock for immediate delivery, unless otherwise specified by the customer. In order to provide the fastest and easiest delivery we work with three of the largest international shipping companies, namely FedEx, DHL and UPS. We disclaim henceforth any responsibility for delays in delivery independent from our will. In the event of a delay of more than seven days, compared with the estimated delivery time, our Customer Service will inform you and give you all the necessary information if you wish to cancel your purchase.

 

Farmand Gallery always offers a door to door service, which means that the delivery will be made directly to the address you provided. If you send an order and the inherent payments within 12 o’clock am (or if you opt for payment on delivery), the goods will be shipped that same day. Otherwise, the item will be shipped the business day after the receipt of the payment or, in the case you chose to pay cash on delivery, the confirmation of the order.

 

We deliver our pieces in many countries of the world, but not in all. By giving your delivery address during registration you can immediately see if we offer delivery in your country. Otherwise, the organization of the shipment will be at your own care and expense. In such case, anyhow, our Customer Service will be available to offer every cooperation with the customer.

 

Delivery times within Italy and EU territory is about 2-5 working days. In extra EU countries, the delivery time is about 2-10 working days.

 

After sending your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours, with the specification of the existing conditions of purchase and distribution. Once your item is shipped, you will receive via e-mail the tracking number so you will have the opportunity to follow the course of the shipment. In the event of a delay in delivery, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible at the e-mail address info@farmandgallery.com

 

Right of withdrawal

Under current legislation at national (Consumer Code – Italian Legislative Decree n. 206/2005) and European level, as regards the sale of goods via phone or internet, it is recognized to the customer the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. This obviously gives you the opportunity to calmly assess and consider the item purchased. If you decide to cancel the purchase, the goods must be returned in the condition in which they appeared at the time of delivery.

Warranty

Without prejudice to the legal guarantees, Farmand Gallery offers the client a favorable 1-year warranty on all carpets offered for sale. Such warranty does not cover damage resulting from willful misconduct or negligence, imprudence or inexperience in the management and maintenance of the carpet. The warranty period begins on the day the item is received by the customer.

 

Certificate of authenticity

All carpets sold by Farmand Gallery are guaranteed to have been made by hand and about the truth and accuracy of the descriptions available on the website. All carpets are delivered with a signed certificate of authenticity (according to EU directive 1999/44/CE concerning Legal Guarantee).

 

Return of items

To return an item you must contact our Customer Service at the telephone number 0039/06.6796734 or via e-mail at info@farmandgallery.com, in order to receive a “return code”. Goods returned without a valid return code will be sent back to the client and the additional transport costs charged to the same.

 

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the item is returned in perfect condition. If in doubt about how to pack the product for shipping, please contact our Customer Service.

 

Refunds will be made using the payment information received during the purchase of the product, once received the item and assessed its condition.

 

Unclaimed items

If the ordered and shipped goods cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, Farmand Gallery reserves the right to charge to the client the additional shipping and storage costs incurred.

 

Defects or damage

If the carpet is delivered damaged or defective please get immediately in touch with our Customer Service by phone (0039) 06-6796734 or via e-mail at info@farmandgallery.com. Farmand Gallery in such case will pay all expenses, including transportation for the damaged items and for related claims.

 

Payment

Farmand Gallery, if the purchase is made directly in the store, accepts all forms of payment. For purchases through internet, it is allowed:

– payment by cash on delivery;

– payment by bank transfer.

In the latter case, the full amount due from the purchase must be paid via transfer on the bank account specified below within 5 days from the order. Failing that, the same order will be cancelled. Please always specify in the money transfer the order’s number. Ordered items will be shipped as soon as we receive the related payment.
